Obama has said over and over again that "If you are happy with your healthcare, you can keep your healthcare." Not exactly.
Now, according to an Investment Business Daily article, on page 16 (of the over 1000 page House Bill) on the date this bill becomes law, no private insurer may issue any NEW policy.
That is.... You can keep what you have, but if you lose your job and/or your health coverage after the date of the law's implementation, you will have no choice but to join the national health plan.
They are banning any new coverage to be written. They are banning a legitimate, private industry from doing business because it conflicts with what Obama wants.
Oh...this is the plan that our representatives exempt themselves from.
And exactly how many businesses will opt out of their own private plans once they are offered a cheaper alternative for their employees?? And since government is not required to make a profit, how the hell can any profit making enterprise possibly compete?
For a party that champions "choice" when it comes to ending a pregnancy, it offers no choice as to what the health coverage the woman must use. Amazing.
How's that hope and change working for you now??
